While our base is Southeast Alaska, projects have included sites in western North America, Hawaii, and other parts of the world. Our services have included project and construction management, feasibility studies, masterplans, and full architectural design services for a wide variety of new and adaptive re-use of structures.
Stephen Peters' role as managing Principal brings the highest level of experience and knowledge to all phases of each project. His knowledge of local design conditions, regulatory requirements, and local projects costs helps guide the design team in the development of innovative, cost-effective concept design.
SPA refined project management system, developed over years of experience on projects of various sizes and scope, has yielded innovative and appropriate designs that are both executed on time and within budget.
